How to book a consultation

On LegalHelpCY you choose a lawyer or a law firm and book directly — no middleman and no extra back-and-forth. Available times are shown on the profile page, and the request goes straight to the specialist.

Find a specialist

Start on the homepage or open the directory: https://legalhelpcy.com/searchFind a lawyer or law firm in Cyprus.

Narrow the list in Filters & Sort:

  • City — specialists in the city you need;
  • Specialty — the area of law;
  • Search text — a name or a keyword;
  • Languages Spoken — the language you want to use for the consultation.

Switch to Map View to see offices on the map and choose a convenient location.

Each card shows the name, address, and specialties. Open a card to compare the full profile — languages, office, and booking — then go ahead and book.

Choose a time

On the profile page, open Book a Consultation.

  1. Browse available days. Several working days are shown at once; the arrows move through the range.
  2. Click a free slot. Times are shown in Cyprus time.
  3. A confirmation page opens with the date and interval.

If you do not see free slots, write to the specialist: click Send private message, log in if asked, and describe your matter and a convenient time. You can also use Show phone, WhatsApp, or Viber.

Log in or create an account

To hold the time, sign in. If you are not signed in yet, choose:

  • Log in;
  • Create an account;
  • Continue with Google.

After you sign in, the selected slot is kept. Return to the profile with ← Back.

Confirm the booking

Check your details — they are often filled in from your account:

  • Your name
  • Email
  • Phone

Click Confirm booking. Your appointment is created. All requests are listed under My appointments.

What happens next

  • you receive an email with the date, time, and the specialist’s name;
  • the specialist receives your contacts and the chosen time;
  • if a phone number is listed on the profile, the specialist also receives an SMS.

If that interval has already been taken, return to the calendar and choose another time — availability updates as slots are booked.
