Alexios holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and an Advanced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Certification issued by CySEC. He has participated in numerous professional seminars and training programmes on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, gaining a high level of expertise in financial compliance. He has also advised major local and international corporate groups on capital-raising structures and efficient corporate solutions for investment projects.
Maria Menelaou – General Office Administrator
Maria Menelaou serves as the General Office Administrator at A. Yiorkas & Co LLC, where she is responsible for office administration, corporate services, and immigration matters. Yiorkas & Co LLC, Giorgos worked with leading valuation and real estate consultancy firms in Cyprus and participated in projects involving distressed assets and investment portfolios. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management from Kingston University (United Kingdom) and is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).
